Evonik Industries shares to be listed on Frankfurt and Luxembourg stock exchanges tomorrow

Evonik Industries will be a publicly traded company after seven years of private ownership. Following approval of an offering prospectus by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), Evonik’s current majority shareholders, RAG Foundation (Essen, Germany) and investment funds advised by CVC Capital Partners, have confirmed that the shares should be listed on the Frankfurt and Luxembourg stock exchanges on 24 April and start trading the next day.
