Ethiopian Potash acquires exploration authorization rights in Mali

Ethiopian Potash Corp. (EPC; Toronto) and AIM-listed Premier African Minerals (London) have signed a definitive contract for the sale of Premier's G&B African Resources Mali subsidiary to EPC, the two companies have announced. G&B holds rights to acquire two exploration authorizations in Mali: the Taoudenni and Oglat projects. Each project is known to have produced sylvite, table salt, and other salts.
