DuPont to sell copper fungicide business to Mitsui & Co.

DuPont has reached agreement to sell its copper fungicide business assets to Mitsui & Co. (Tokyo). The sale is expected to close in fourth-quarter 2014 subject to approvals from regulatory authorities.  Terms have not been disclosed.
