Clariant acquires French natural ingredients producer CRM International

Clariant announced today that it signed an agreement to acquire CRM International (Puget-sur-Argenes, France), a manufacturer of natural ingredients for the cosmetics industry. The acquisition strengthens Clariant’s industrial and consumer specialties (ICS) business. The transaction is expected to close by the end of March 2013. Financial details were not disclosed.
