CF Industries to Buy Viterra's Interest in Fertilizer Complex

CF Industries says it has entered into a definitive agreement with Glencore International (Baar, Switzerland) to acquire the interest in Canadian Fertilizers—currently owned by Viterra—for C$915 million ($912 million) that is subject to certain adjustments. Canadian Fertilizers owns the largest nitrogen fertilizer complex in Canada.
