Bayer CropScience sells Indian site to Deccan Fine Chemicals

Bayer CropScience has signed an agreement, with Deccan Fine Chemicals (Hyderabad, India), to sell its Ankleshwar, India–based agchems manufacturing site for 1.27 billion Indian rupees ($20 million). Bayer CropScience previously announced that plans to dispose of the site, which makes old products.   Deccan, active in the business of custom manufacturing of agchem active ingredients and intermediates as well as other fine chemicals, is partly owned by Mitsubishi Corp. and the private agchems company Belchim Management International Holdings (Londerzeel...
