BASF to divest its insulation and finishing systems subsidiary in Germany

BASF says it plans to divest its BASF Wall Systems subsidiary together with the business's Marktredwitz, Germany, site. Wall Systems is a medium-sized supplier of insulation and finishing systems in the German market, and it has a workforce of 190. BASF Wall Systems' staff will continue to be employed by the new owner, BASF says.
