BASF Acquires Cast Urethanes Maker ITWC

BASF has acquired ITWC (Malcom, IA), a cast-elastomer polyurethane systems and polyester polyol producer. Financial details were not disclosed. ITWC acquired Hydroseal Polymers, and BASF will now acquire those assets plus ITWC’s 80 employees working in business management, manufacturing, R&D, sales and administration.
