Arsenal Capital Buys IGM Specialty Chemicals Producer

Private equity firm Arsenal Capital (New York) has acquired IGM (Waalwijk, Netherlands), a privately held producer of specialty chemicals for the global UV inks and coatings industry. Valence Group acted as advisor to IGM. Arsenal Capital specializes in making investments in middle-market specialty industrial, health care, and financial services companies.
