ArrMaz Custom Chemicals changes private equity owners

Private equity firm Golden Gate Capital (GGC; San Francisco) has acquired ArrMaz Custom Chemicals (Mulberry, FL) from its previous owner, Snow Phipps (New York). Terms of the deal, including financial details, were not disclosed.
