People & Business :: M&A Arkema to Sell Tin Stabilizer Business?6:13 AM MDT | April 16, 2012 | Vincent Valk Arkema is in the process of selling its tin stabilizer business, one source tells CW, in agreement with a prior report. The business, a part of Arkema’s functional additives segment, reportedly generated €10 million-€50 million ($13 million-$66 million) in Ebitda last year. It has attracted interest from private equity firms and chemical companies. The sale process is nearing a conclusion, the source says.
