Arkema completes acquisition of production site in Brazil

Arkema says its Coatex subsidiary has completed the acquisition of an additives and emulsions production site at Araçariguama, near São Paulo, from Resicryl (São Paulo). The acquisition is in line with Arkema's strategy to increase its presence in emerging countries, including in South America, and it strengthens downstream integration of the company's acrylics activities, it says.
