Archroma takes stake in textile dye firm

Archroma (Reinach, Switzerland), the former textile, paper, and emulsions businesses of Clariant, has acquired a 49% stake in M. Dohmen (San Vittore, Switzerland), Archoma announced today.  Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. M. Dohmen is a specialist in the production and marketing of textile dyes and chemicals for the automotive, carpet, and apparel sectors. M.
