Archroma Textiles to acquire Clariant Pakistan

Archroma Textiles SARL (Luxembourg), a special purpose vehicle company, has announced its intention to acquire Clariant Pakistan (Karachi), a listed company majority owned by Clariant. Barry Siadat, CEO of Archroma, is also co-founder and managing director of SK Capital Partners (New York), which is buying Clariant’s global textile chemicals, paper specialties and emulsions business.
