Amseco Exploration in reverse takeover of Congo potash property

Amseco Exploration (Montreal) announced on Tuesday that it entered into two agreements on 10 February 2014 covering the acquisition of all rights, titles, and interests held by Agromine Investment and Mangrove Capital in Manenga Mining Potash, a Congolese entity that holds the Manenga permit in the Republic of the Congo. The acquisition of the property will constitute a reverse takeover (RTO) under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The vendors are privately held entities controlled by Serge Nana and incorporated under the laws of the Seychelles.  ...
