Air Liquide to Acquire LVL Medical for Close to $400 million Air Liquide announced today that it has begun exclusive negotiations to acquire 70.49% in the healthcare group LVL Médical Groupe (LVL Medical; Lyon, France) from the controlling shareholders at a price of €30.89/share.
