Administrators seek buyers for Penrice Soda assets

Penrice Soda, the troubled Australian sodium bicarbonate and lime producer, will continue to operate in voluntary administration while efforts continue to seek buyers for the company and/or its assets. A committee of creditors was elected to oversee rescue attempts at a meeting at Adelaide, Australia, today, and Penrice will continue to trade normally ahead of a second creditors' meeting on 31 July.
