Bayer to Acquire Teva’s U.S. Animal Health Business for $145 Million

Bayer and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (Petach Tikva, Israel) say that Bayer HealthCare has signed an agreement to acquire Teva's U.S. animal health business for up to $145 million.
