DSM to Divest DSM Deretil to Management

DSM says it has reached an agreement with the management of DSM Deretil, a business unit of DSM Anti-Infectives, on a management buy out. Financial details were not disclosed. The transaction allows DSM Anti-Infectives to fully focus on its core business of generic API’s, and for Deretil to focus on the specific dynamics of the side chain business, DSM says....
