U.K. Chemical Industry Feels Heat of 50% Carbon Cuts (with Ineos update)

The Chemical Industries Association (CIA; London) says the U.K. government’s announcement to cut carbon emissions in the country 50% by 2025 from a baseline year of 1990 would damage the chemical industry.
