Novozymes Opens Enzymes R&D Lab in Brazil

Novozymes says later today that it will open new R&D laboratories and customer solutions facilities for biofuel enzymes at its site in Araucária, Brazil. The facility has been introduced in order to meet the needs of the growing Brazilian biofuels sector; the Brazilian biofuels market is set to double its production of fuel ethanol by 2020, Novozymes says.
