Lawmakers Seek U.S. Return to Climate Talks

Senators Joe Biden (D., DE) and Richard Lugar (R., IN) have introduced a resolution calling for the U.S. to return to international negotiations on climate change. The resolution calls for the U.S. to participate in U.N. talks and to establish a Senate oversight committee.
