India’s Per Capita GHG Emissions in 2031 to be Below Global Average in 2005

The Ministry of Environment and Forests in India (New Delhi) says that India’s per capita emission of greenhouse gases (GHG) in the year 2031 will be lower than the per capita global emission of GHG in the year 2005.
