German industries association calls for public debate on future of climate change, industrial policies

Germany's energy-intensive industries association EID (Berlin) has called for a public debate on the future of climate change and industrial policies following the recent decision on freezing carbon dioxide emission quotas—backloading—in the environmental committee of the European Parliament.
