Court Reverses EPA Stop Sale Order on Amvac's PCNB Fungicide

American Vanguard (Amvac; Newport Beach, CA) scored a victory this week when the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia vacated EPA’s stop sale order on the company’s pentachloronitrobenzene (PCNB) fungicide product line that had been in place for about a year. The same court last year denied Amvac’s petition for temporary relief from the stop sale order.
