Antidepressants Entering Aquatic Ecosystems; No Happy Ending in Sight

Rising concentrations of antidepressant drugs in coastal waters around the U.K. could be changing sea-life behaviour and potentially damage the food-chain, according to a new study undertaken at the University of Portsmouth (Portsmouth, U.K.). The increased concentrations of such drugs in coastal waters are the result of their rising use in the human population.
