Sibur Sells its First Carbon Units, Expands Feedstock Slate

Sibur says it has sold its first batch of emission reduction units (ERUs), as part of the largest joint implementation project in Russia. The company sold 1.2 million m.t. of CO2 to JP Morgan, with Sberbank Russia, the Russian carbon unit operator, coordinating the process.
