Reliance to Form Marcellus Shale JV?

Reliance Industries may be looking to form a joint venture with Atlas Energy (Moon Township, PA) to develop the company’s Marcellus Shale gas operations, according to media reports.   The move comes in the wake of Reliance’s failed attempts to purchase a controlling stake in LyondellBasell.
