The proposal, expected in the next several months, will include regulations governing the disclosure of chemicals used in the process and will apply to drillers on land leased from the federal government. Interior department deputy secretary David Hayes made the comments to a federal energy department panel that is advising Obama administration on potential environmental problems associated with fracking, press reports say...
