Phillips 66 to proceed with $3 billion in NGL projects

Phillips 66 has received board approval for the Sweeny Fractionator One project, which will produce purity natural gas liquids (NGL), and the Freeport Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Export Terminal, the company announced on 7 February. The combined investment will total more than $3 billion, says Phillips 66....
