LyondellBasell Keeps Chocolate Bayou HDPE Unit Open

LyondellBasell says it will not close its 480,000-m.t./year high-density polyethylene (HDPE) unit at Chocolate Bayou, TX, despite an earlier decision to shut down the unit and dismantle the plant.
