(Taipei) has submitted its environmental impact assessment (EIA) report to the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA; Taipei) for a previously announced $12.7 billion petrochemical complex planned at Taishi, Taiwan, CW has learned (CW, June 27, p. 16).
