KBR awarded FEED contract to upgrade Jebel Ali refinery

KBR announced today that it has been awarded the front-end engineering design contract by Emirates National Oil Processing Co. (EPCL) for the upgrade of its condensate refinery in Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates. The contract value has not been disclosed.   Currently, the facility owned by Emirates National Oil Co. has two trains of condensate distillation units. The upgrade will add new processing units, including jet and diesel hydrotreaters and an isomerization unit, and will lead to production of several Euro 5–grade products, such as high-octane...
