Italian Firm Starts Building Commercial-scale Cellulosic Ethanol Plant (update)

Mossi & Ghisolfi Group (M&G; Tortona, Italy), the world’s largest producer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) for packaging applications, says today it is conducting a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the construction of a 13 million gall./year (50 million liter) cellulosic ethanol plant at Crescentino, Italy.
