International Energy Agency urges action on emissions

The International Energy Agency (IEA; Paris) urges governments in a report, published today, to swiftly enact four energy policies that it says will keep climate goals alive without harming economic growth. IEA warns that the world is not on track to limit global temperature increase to 2 C.
