GlyEco starts recycled EG production for commercial use

GlyEco (Phoenix, AZ) has completed initial technology upgrades and begun producing Type 1 compliant recycled ethylene glycol (EG) for commercial use, GlyEco announced. The company's state-of-the-art testing laboratory has shown that the recycled materials comply with ASTM International's (West Consohocken, PA) ASTM 1177 EG-1 standards, the same purity level expected of refinery-grade EG, GlyEco says.
