Evonik signs contracts with E.ON and Siemens to build CCGT power plant at Marl

Evonik Industries has signed contracts with energy firm E.ON (Düsseldorf) and engineering conglomerate Siemens to build a  combined-cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant at the Marl Chemical Park in Germany, Evonik announced. The plant is a joint project of Evonik and E.ON. Siemens will supply the CCGT. Financial details were not disclosed.
