Ethylene XXI Financing Approvals Expected by Early 2012

Final financing packages for Mexico's Ethylene XXI have been submitted and approvals are expected to be complete by early next year, says José Luis Uriegas, president and CEO of Grupo Idesa (Mexico City), which is building the project with Braskem (São Paulo).
