APIC 2010 gathered Asia's top petrochemical industry players in Mumbai this week. At the event, Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani told attendees that "this century belongs to Asia." Perhaps illustrating the point, Reliance is expected to launch construction of a major cracker project soon.
