Carbon emissions: EU needs to look at broader picture, says IEA; Greenpeace calls for tougher targets

The European Union needs to look at the broader picture in terms of carbon emissions, Maria van den Hoeven, executive director at the International Energy Agency (IEA; Paris), says in an interview with Bloomberg.
