Petrochemical makers remain upbeat about prospects this year. Attendees at the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association’s (NPRA; Washington) International Petrochemical Conference (IPC) at San Antonio last week acknowledge that the next downturn in the petchem sector is coming, but the question is when.
