People & Business :: Energy and Feedstocks BP Sells Two Midstream Assets in TX9:26 AM MDT | August 13, 2012 | Lindsey Bewley BP says its American production company intends to sell two gas processing plants at Sunray, TX, and Hemphill, TX, as well as their associated gas gathering system, to Eagle Rock Energy Partners (Houston) for $227.5 million in cash. The plants have combined processing capacity of about 220 million cubic feet of gas a day (MMcf/d) and an associated gathering system of around 2,500 miles of pipelines.
