People & Business :: Energy and Feedstocks Aramco and Dow Outline Ras Tanura Scope and Schedule9:22 AM MDT | September 28, 2009 | NATASHA ALPEROWICZ Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical, partners in the previously announced multibillion-dollar Ras Tanura Integrated Project (RTIP), have outlined the joint venture’s scope and timing. The announcement confirms earlier reports that the complex is not expected onstream until 2015 (CW, May 4, p. 17). KBR, the original project management consultant, has been joined by Fluor and WorleyParsons to perform front-end engineering design for the Ras Tanura project.
