Arab Potash and Jordan Bromine sign deal with US firm to import gas from Israel

  The Arab Potash Co. (APC; Amman) and the Jordan Bromine Co. (JBC) have signed an agreement with Noble Energy Co. (Houston, TX) to import 2 billion cubic meter of natural gas for 15 years starting in 2016 at a total cost of $771 million, the companies said on Wednesday. Noble Energy is a partner in Tamar’s gas field off Israel’s Mediterranean coast.
