Toray and China BlueStar Link in Membrane JV

Toray Industries and China National BlueStar Group (Beijing) say they have agreed to establish a water treatment joint venture next May. The jv will produce and trade water treatment membrane products. The jv plans to invest Rmb500 million ($73 million) to build a new facility, which will be located in the industrial development area of Shunyi Airport, Beijing.
