Tessenderlo Reshaped

Tessenderlo Group (Brussels) says it has combined its phosphate activities into a newly created subsidiary, named Aliphos, effective January 1. Aliphos is one of four product clusters within Tessenderlo’s chemical business group. The others are sulfates and fertilizers, organic chlorine derivatives, and chlor-alkali and polyvinyl chloride.
