Saudi Arabia’s NCC Forms Tanker JV with Odfjell

National Chemical Carriers (NCC; Riyadh) has agreed to form a 50-50 joint venture with Odfjell (Bergen, Norway) that will operate the largest chemical tankers in the partners’ respective fleets. NCC and Odfjell will pool their tankers with an individual tonnage of 40,000 dwt m.t. and above to create the jv, which will be based in Dubai.
