Sabic to Replace Kuwait in Petchem JV with Dow?

Sabic is in discussions with Dow Chemical on the possibility of joining Dow in a global plastics manufacturing joint venture, following the withdrawal late last year of Kuwait’s Petrochemical Industries Co. (PIC) from K-Dow, a proposed 50-50 jv between PIC and Dow, industry sources tell CW.
