Green Biologics, Inc. (GBI; Gahanna, OH), a technology developer and biobased chemicals producer, has entered into an exclusive letter of intent to acquire substantially all of the assets of Central MN Ethanol Co-op (CMEC; Little Falls, MN), an ethanol producer, the companies have announced.
