People & Business :: Emerging Companies Reliance Revives P-xylene, PTA, PET; May Alter Cracker11:27 PM MDT | October 20, 2009 | NATASHA ALPEROWICZ Reliance Industries has revived plans to build para -xylene, purified terephthalic acid (PTA), and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle resins plants and changed the configuration of a planned world-scale steam cracker, CW has learned. The projects had been on hold since their announcement two years ago.
